My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were very spacious and clean, which we enjoyed very much thanks to John & Shane. They were comfortable with good amenities, really lovely, spacious, warm, and clean. The service provided, including room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance, was simply brilliant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay in New York was filled with pleasant memories and experiences. The location of the hotel was excellent, putting me very close to everything Manhattan has to offer, within walking distance to Central Park, Empire State, and Fifth Avenue. The dining experience was a great taste of home, very good, and very convenient. However, the price was a bit expensive and the dining was very disappointing. Overall, a great room and wonderful service at a good value for money.

The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, where the staff went the extra mile to make our stay special. However, the view was disappointing, looking at the central gap of the building. The location was excellent, with Central Park and 5th Avenue just a few blocks away while the dining experience, though delicious, was very slow arriving. Fresh cheese bread was a highlight, and the staff were very friendly.
